Beginners Course at Barlby

28th February will be week 1 of a 9 week taster course of Shotokan Karate at Barlby High School.

We offer training to anyone 7 years and over, just turn up and have a go!

The course will run from 5.30 to 7.00 pm every Sunday until the end of April.

For current members it is an ideal opportunity to bring a friend down.

Kata Course and Grading - 21/22 Feb 2009

Sensei Kato is coming to the Selby Dojo at Barlby High School on Saturday 21st February. It has been well over 10 years since he last taught at our club. It is a great honour for us to host him and we would like all our members to make their best effort to attend the course.

Saturday 21st - Barlby High School

Selby Shotokan Karate Club

1.30pm for 2pm to 4 pm training
4pm to 5 pm High Grades Only

Sunday 22nd - Wiggington Recreation Hall

Haxby Shotokan Karate Club

9.30am for 10am to 1pm training and gradings

Training Fees - £18.00

Grading Fees - £10.00 / £6.00 (12th to 10th Kyu)
If you are grading you MUST attend the course as well.
