Yamaguchi Sensei - Ushiro Geri
Yamaguchi Sensei demonstrating Ushiro Geri on Schwehm Sensei (JKS Chief Instructor- Germany)
I have never had the opportunity of training with Yamaguchi Sensei, but I have trained once with Sensei Uwe at Nottingham at Sensei Alan Campbell's dojo.
Rebecca very much enjoyed Sensei Uwe's class, but Germany is a bit far to travel for regular sessions. I hope Sensei Yamaguichi & Schwehm are here in the UK in 2008.
Yamaguchi Sensei's kick is so fast, some excellent teaching points of snap in the turn and hip extension to increase the length of the kick. I didn't think I would see a Usherio Geri faster than a Gyaku Zuki.
