Sensei Anne Hastings 6th Dan JKA
I have added a link to Hasting Shihan dojo, it is based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, England.
Hasting Shihan is one of our countrys most experienced karateka with a teaching style of her own. I have trained with Hasting Shihan on a number of occasions and have always been impressed how she manages to get the most out of our younger karateka. She has a skill in making Kihon more than a drill, but demands the highest of standards.
Hasting Shihan regularly attends Kato Shihans courses in York, it is always a pleasure to train with her (and have a few drinks afterwards)
