Carless Sensei @ Kaizen No-Michi
A Great course today with Carless Sensei with a focus on Kihon for the first hour and finishing with Junro Godan.
Matt, Bex, Lucas, Eleanor and myself made the trip to Grimsby.
Many thanks to Sensei Andrew and Jackie Jones for hosting the course.
